April 20: LCC Board Elections

The Board of Education for Lane Community College will elect members at the May election. While the Springfield seat is not up for election, three seats are contested. Kevin Alltucker and Bob Baldwin will be seeking to be elected to seat 7. In addition, Lisa Fragala and Kyle Reallon will be seeking election to District 6 and Rich Cunningham, Nick Skelton and Zach Mulholland will be seeking election from District 2. While candidates run from specific districts, all seats are voted on at large. City Club hosted a candidate forum and invited all candidates who filed.

Four of the candidates agreed to participate in the forum: Mr. Alltucker, Mr. Baldwin, Ms. Fragala and Mr. Skelton. Each of the candidates submitted brief statements describing their candidacy.
